J U D G M E N T

The petitioner approached this Court on account of the delay in disbursing pensionary benefits.

¶34

It was submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the delay was on account of the fact that the Manager had not shifted lien within the proper time. It is now submitted that the Manager had shifted lien.

¶35

In the light of the above, pensionary benefits shall be disbursed to the petitioner within a period of two months. Necessary action shall be initiated by the Deputy Director of Education, Ernakulam for approving the shifting of lien and to ensure that the petitioner draws her pensionary benefits at the earliest.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
