This writ petition is filed by the petitioner

seeking the following reliefs:-

i) Call for records leading to Exhibits P2 and may quash the same by issuing a writ in the nature of certiorari.

ii) Declare that the petitioner company is not liable to pay any amounts as contended by the respondents.

iii) Issue such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

forth is not required, since learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that an agreement is
