JUDGMENT

A.M.Shaffique, J.

The petitioners allege that there is threat from private respondents. Admittedly there is money transaction between them. In so far as the property of the private respondents had been given as security for the loan availed by the petitioners the loan has not been repaid. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is severe threat from the private respondents. Though complaint had been filed before the police no action had been taken in the matter and therefore they have approached this Court apprehending danger to the life and property of the petitioners.

Ext.P3 is the complaint given to the Station House Officer. The learned Government Pleader on instructions would submit that the petitioners owe more than Rs.9,00,000/- to the KSFE and the KSFE had initiated proceedings against the private respondents as a result of which they have been demanding money from the petitioners. In so far as there is a complaint regarding threat the Station House Officer shall
