It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that the parties are residing together. The appeal is filed against an order passed in the original petition by which the marriage between the couple had been dissolved. Further, there is no instruction for the counsel appearing for the respondent in the matter.
Under such circumstances, it is not appropriate to set aside the judgment as such. However, if the parties wish that the order should be set aside, it shall be open for them to approach this Court by filing a review petition.
The Mat.Appeal is dismissed.
