On being questioned, the first accused confessed that MO8 iron shaft, pant,shirt and scissors were kept in his house and if he was taken to his house, he would show the same. Pursuant to Ext.P34 confession statement furnished and as led by the first accused, PW27 recovered MO8 iron shaft, MO15 pants, MO10 and MO11 shirts and MO9 scissors from his house by Ext.P8 mahazar. PWs.8 and 9 are signatories to the recovery mahazar in Ext.P8 mahazar. The motor cycle bearing Regn.No.TCH-4501 found in front of the house was also seized by PW27 as per Ext.P36. The second accused, while in custody, confessed by way of Ext.P38 that the shirt and dhothi were kept by him and he would show the place if he was taken there. Based on the information, PW27 proceeded to the place as led by the accused, and recovered MO13 shirt and MO14 lungi by Ext.P12 mahazar. In Ext.P12 mahazar, PW12 was an attestor. Second accused further confessed before PW27 that the ladder was kept inside the plantation and he would show the same if he was taken there.
