JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner
seeking the following reliefs:
i) declare that Ext.P4 is unenforecable and petitioners are liable to pay annual tuition fee as fixed by Justice K.T.Thomas Committee for fee fixation for professional institution.
ii. issue a writ of mandamus or such other writ or order directing the 1st respondent to admit petitioners for 2nd year on accepting the annual tuition fee fixed by the Justice K.T.Thomas Committee for fee fixation for professional institution.
Submission recorded and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
