JUDGMENT

Petitioner was appointed as an Authorised Retail Distributor for distributing rationed articles bearing No.32/34 of Ernad Taluk (presently Kondotty Taluk). Proceedings were initiated against the petitioner, which culminated in Ext.P4 order, and aggrieved, petitioner has preferred Ext.P5 appeal before the first respondent and seeks direction for early consideration of Ext.P5.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

There will be a direction to the first respondent to finalise Ext.P5 appeal in accordance with law at the earliest, and at any rate, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this writ petition, along with the documents before the first respondent for appropriate direction.

This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
