JUDGMENT

Petitioner is the Commissioned officer of NCC,

working in the Infantry Company at the NCC Army Senior Division Unit at SreeSankaracharya

¶22

University of Sanskrit, Kalady.

According to the petitioner, petitioner is entitled to get Honorarium allowance and outfit allowance and in order to secure the same, petitioner has submitted Ext.P2 representation before the 6^th respondent. Petitioner seeks direction for early consideration of the same.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned CGC for the 1^st and 2^nd respondents and perused the pleadings and the documents on record.

Learned CGC pointed out that, Ext.P2 is to be considered by the 2^nd respondent.

In that view of the matter, there will be a direction to the 6^th respondent to forward the application to the 2^nd respondent within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment and on receipt of the same, the 2^nd respondent shall consider Ext.P2 at the earliest and at any rate,
