JUDGMENT
K.VINOD CHANDRAN, J
The petitioner is before this Court seeking Police protection against his property and life. The
allegation is that threats are levelled by the 3rd respondent and encroachment is carried out for obstructing the construction attempted by the
petitioner in his property. The learned Government Pleader, on instruction, submits that the construction is over. He also produced the photographs of the constructed building across the Bar. It is also submitted that the 3rd respondent is no more. Considering all these circumstances, Writ petition is closed as unnecessary. There is no order as to costs.
