Read interim order dated 28.03.2018.

There will be an interim order directing the 3^rd respondent to afford adequate and effective police protection to the petitioner to carry out the loading and unloading works in his establishment by engaging the 4 workers to whom Ext.P3 series identity cards were issued through Ext.P2 order of the Assistant Labour Officer, pending disposal of the above writ petition.

We issued notice to the 3^rd respondent.

But none appeared.

In such circumstances, the interim order is made absolute only with the reservation that, if any obstruction is caused, the same shall be averted, but however, ensuring that the loading and unloading work is carried out

by the persons, who have valid identity cards.
