JUDGMENT
Petitioner is the owner of an extent of 1.21 Ares of property situate in Survey No.392/10/2 in Block No.4 of Mannanchery Village, Ambalapuzha Taluk, Alappuzha District. Petitioner has submitted an application before the Local Level Monitoring Committee as per the provisions of Section 9 (1) of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wet Land Act, 2008 and thereafter, forwarded the same to the District Level Authorised Committee, who is shown as District Level Monitoring Committee, in this writ petition. From Ext.P3, it is evident that recommendations are put forth by the Local Level Monitoring Committee. Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of law, the application is to be considered by the District Level Authorised Committee.
