JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner

seeking the following reliefs:-

“i) to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order directing the 2^nd respondent to issue property tax clearance certificate in respect of the building covered under Exhibit P1 tax receipts;

ii) to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order directing the 2^nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Exhibit P2 application at once;

and

iii) to issue such other appropriate writ, order or directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper to issue in the circumstances of the case.”

The grievance put forth by the petitioner is that, consequent to the delay on the part of the

Secretary of the Corporation to issue property tax clearance certificate, petitioner is unable to

Having heard respective counsel across the Bar, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2^nd respondent to finalize Ext.P2 application at the earliest, and at any rate, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
