By the order dated 23.05.2019, this court had given an opportunity to the petitioner to take steps against respondent Nos.1 and 2, by way of paper publication and affixture. There was also a direction to the appellant to file the application for effecting paper publication and affixture within one week. So far, no steps had been taken.
The Mat. Appeal is, therefore, dismissed for non-
prosecution.
