JUDGMENT
It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader, on instructions, that the Local Level Monitoring Committee, by its proceedings dated 02.04.2019, has decided to exclude 18 cents of land out of total 57.5 cents of land belonging to the petitioner from the Land Data Bank and retain the balance in the said Land Data Bank.
Taking note of the said submission of the learned Government Pleader, the Contempt of Court Case is closed with a direction to the respondent to serve a copy of the order of the Local Level Monitoring Committee to the petitioner within ten days.
