JUDGMENT
It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader, on instructions, that by its proceedings dated 02.04.2019 the Local Level Monitoring Committee (LLMC) has decided to exclude the land belonging to the petitioner from the Land Data Bank. Taking note of the said submission, the Contempt of Court Case is closed, directing the respondent to serve a copy of the LLMC proceedings to the petitioner, within ten days.
