It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader, on instructions, that the Local Level Monitoring Committee, by its proceedings dated 11.07.2019, referred to the KSREC Report and decided to retain the entire land belonging to the petitioner in the Land Data Bank prepared for the region.
Taking note of the said submission, I close the Contempt of Court Case by directing the respondent to serve a copy of the proceedings dated 11.07.2019 to the petitioner within ten days.
