JUDGMENT
Hrishikesh Roy, C. J.
The learned Government Pleader Sri. Aravind Kumar Babu has produced the Government order dated 30.05.2019 to point out that the enquiry with regard to the alleged irregularities in the Kerala State Waqf Board has been conducted but no irregularities were detected. The Government has since accepted the finding of the enquiry officer. Accordingly, he projects that there is requisite compliance of the directions of this Court in the judgment dated 27.03.2018 in W.P.(C) No. 8887 of 2018 [Annexue A] and the judgment dated 05.10.2018 in W.P.(C) No. 31212 of 2018 [Annexure B].
