It is submitted jointly by the learned counsel for the petitioner as also by the learned Government Pleader that the Basic Tax was accepted on 4.6.2019, by the Village Officer, Chinnakkanal Village. Accordingly it is submitted that there is compliance with the court's directions dated 3.7.2018 in I.A. No.800 of 2018 in M.F.A (M.T). No.39 of 2019 (Annexure A1).
