JUDGMENT
This Contempt Case is filed complaining that the directions contained in the interim order dated 16.01.2019 in W.P.(C).No.916/2019 is not complied with by the respondent, the Secretary of Grama Panchayath. An affidavit is filed by the Secretary stating that already permission is granted to the petitioner to take out the vehicles. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is unable to take out the vehicles due to the obstruction created by the public and the petitioner has already moved necessary petition seeking Police protection.
2. Having evaluated the situation, I am of the considered opinion that since the Secretary of the Grama Panchayath has permitted the petitioner to take out the vehicles, nothing remains to be considered by this Court in the Contempt Case.

In that view of the matter, this Contempt of Court
Case is closed, leaving open the liberty of the petitioner to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
