J U D G M E N T
Petitioner along with his children has availed three educational loans from the respondent bank. Consequent to default in repayment, bank filed two suits and the subject matter was settled in Adalat. The grievance highlighted by the petitioner is that, in spite of the earnest efforts of clearing the loan, no certificate is issued to that effect and in the website of the bank also, name of the petitioner is shown as defaulter.
