This contempt case is filed by the petitioner complaining

that the directives contained in the judgment dated 1.11.2017

is not complied with.

Today when the matter is taken up, learned senior

Government Pleader has produced an order, from where I am

satisfied that the application was circulated and an order is

passed. Therefore, I am of the considered opinion that , there is

no reason to pursue the contempt case any further.

Leaving open the liberty of the petitioner to challenge the

order, if aggrieved, contempt case is closed.
