J U D G M E N T

Petitioners, who are relatives are issued with Exts.P5 and P6 notices under the provisions of the Kerala Land Conservancy Act. On receipt of the same, petitioners have submitted Exts.P7 and P8 objections, which are pending consideration before the 2^nd respondent. The apprehension expressed by the petitioners in this writ petition is that, there is every likilihood of eviction of the petitioners from the premises in question on the basis of Exts.P5 and P6 notices. Thus seek appropriate directions.

Having heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned counsel appearing for the respondents, I think the writ petition can be closed by issuing appropriate directions. Therefore, there will be a direction to the 2^nd respondent to consider Exts.P7 and P8 objections submitted

by the petitioners and attain finality to the same at the earliest possible time and at any rate within two months
