JUDGMENT
This writ petition was actually disposed on 21.5.2018. However, since there was a confusion with respect to the relief sought for by the petitioner, today the matter is posted before the bench. In this writ petition the following reliefs are sought for by the petitioner.
In my considered opinion, at this distance of time, it cannot
be believed that the relief sought for survives any more.
Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
