J U D G M E N T
Petitioners are contingent sanitation workers working in Palluruthy Relief Settlement in various posts, which is run by Cochin Municipal Corporation with the co-operation of the Peoples Council for Social Justice. Petitioners point out that they have been working form 2006 onwards and that no steps are taken to regularize their services, even though, several representations were being submitted by them from time to time.
