J U D G M E N T
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a writ of certiorari to quash Ext.P1 requisition under Form No.9 of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969 and for other consequential reliefs.
Today, when this writ petition is taken up for admission, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a memo has already been filed to dismiss the writ petition as not pressed, as the petitioner has already received the order in the Arbitration case.
Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
