vested with the committee so elected and O.S.No.433/1990 was dismissed. It is further stated that later in the year 1994 an agreement was entered into between the rival groups, after a mediation between the prominent leaders of the religious heads. Accordingly, as per the mediation agreement, the terms of which are reduced to writing, it was decided that since it is no longer possible to go ahead with the two rival factions together, split and divide the society among the two factions, viz., EK and AP respectively. It was further decided that the group consisting of the society whose registration was cancelled by the court's verdict, viz, EK group, will thereafter be known as “Muneerul Anam Sangham (North), Ackode” and the section consisting of the members of AP group will be known as “Muneerul Anam Sangham (South), Ackode” and they should get their respective associations registered. The petitioner is now aggrieved by the issuance of Ext.P-7 proceedings dated 26.11.2014 by the 1st respondent-District Registrar ordering rejection of list of members submitted by the petitioner's faction saying that petitioner's faction (south faction) cannot register a separate society like the new society that was registered by the “north faction”. It is in the light of these factual averments that the petitioner has filed the instant Writ Petition on 27.1.2015 seeking the following prayer:
