Sri.Saigi Jacob Palatty, learned Senior Govt. Pleader appearing for the respondents submits on the basis of the instructions that all reasonable steps will be taken by the competent among the respondents to ensure the early disposal of the two suo motu proceedings S.M.No.585/2018 and S.M.No.577/2018 in respect of the abovesaid two Writ Petitions, without much delay, preferably within a period of fifteen months from the date of completion of service of

notice on all the affected parties concerned. It is submitted by the learned Senior Govt. Pleader that since the proceedings in these cases have been imitated only in the year 2018 and in view of the huge arrears to be cleared in respect of similar cases, at least fifteen months' time is required in that regard.

Accordingly, it is ordered that the respondent Land Tribunal, Malappuram, will all reasonable endeavours possible under the circumstances to ensure early consideration and disposal of S.M.Nos. 585/2018 and 577/2018, without much delay, preferably within a period of fifteen months from the date of completion of service of notice on all the affected parties. The petitioner concerned will produce certified copies of this judgment before the competent Land Tribunal for necessary information and action.

With these observations and directions, the above Writ Petitions (Civil) stand finally disposed of.
