date of birth has been consistently entered as 18.8.1987. However, the petitioner would submit that there occurred some errors in the date of birth as registered by the respondent Registrar of Births & Deaths in Ext.P-5 birth certificate, wherein, according to the petitioner, it was erroneously recorded as 13.8.1987. The petitioner would state that presumably this error would have occurred on the basis of the erroneous information that was conveyed to the respondent, at the time of birth of the petitioner. It is further stated that the petitioner's husband is now employed in the United States of America and that arrangements have been made to take her to the USA to join her husband shortly and that the authorities of that foreign Government are insisting for the birth certificate issued by the statutory registrar under the provisions of the law relating to registration of births and deaths and that since the entry in Ext.P-5 birth certificate issued by the respondent is in variance with all other documents like Exts.P-1 to P-4, the petitioner will be put to enormous difficulties and hardships in that foreign country. That therefore the petitioner was advised to submit Ext.P-9 application dated 26.5.2018 before the respondent requesting for correction of the date of birth as entered in Ext.P-5 so as to correctly reflect the date of birth as 18.8.1987, instead of 13.8.1987.
