JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who is a class IV employee in Minor Irrigation Department, who retired from service on 30.06.2018, has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following reliefs;
admission, urgent notice by speed post was ordered to respondents 1, 4 and 5, returnable within three weeks.

relying on clause (17) of Ext.P3 Government Servants Conduct Rules. On 15.10.2018, when this writ petition came up for consideration, the learned Senior Government Pleader sought further time to file counter affidavit on behalf of the 6th respondent.
Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
