JUDGMENT
The petitioner, which is a Service Co-operative Bank, has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus commanding respondents 1 and 2 to recover the outstanding loan amount in HPL No.3454, from the pensionary benefits of the respondents 4 and 5 and remit the same in that account. The petitioner has also sought for other consequential reliefs.
