Petitioner filed this writ petition aggrieved by
the delay in implementing Ext.P1 order by which he
was transferred from Electrical Station, Kuttipuram
(Tirur) to Fort Thiruvananthapuram Electrical
Section. The order was passed as early as on 25.08.2017. Petitioner submits that he had already taken a rented house at Thiruvananthapuram in order to move with his family and got admission for his child and the respondents are not relieving him.
the petitioner had submitted an application for leave and he was unable to attend the Office on account of
an accident. At any rate, the learned Standing

Counsel submitted that as soon as the petitioner report for duty, he will be relieved so as to enable him to join duty based on Ext.P1 order. This is recorded.
