JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following
reliefs:-
“(i) issue a writ of mandamus commanding the 2nd respondent to issue a formal development permit and building permit based on the deemed permits accrued on the petitioner with effect from 28.09.2017
(ii) To issue a writ in the nature of a declaration, declaring that the petitioner has a deemed permit under 236(3) of Panchayath Raj Act for conducting development of land and construct a residential building in her property covered under Ext.P1 and P2.”
Today when the matter is taken up, learned counsel submitted
that, the matter has become infructuous.
Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
