J U D G M E N T
Chitambaresh, J.
The disallowed portion in OP 786/2007 on the files of the Family Court, Kottarakkara is challenged by the wife in Mat. Appeal 82/2014. There is no timely challenge by the husband against the allowed portion in OP. 786/2007 concededly. The wife has therefore filed E.P 25/2015 to execute the allowed portion of the decree. There is a tardy progress in the same and hence this original petition.
The Family Court, Kottarakkara is directed to expedite the hearing of E.P 25/15 and to take the same to its logical conclusion on or before 31.12.2018. The same shall be done in the absence of any order of stay in any appeal filed by the husband and his parents.
The original petition is disposed of.
