Heard Sri.Jamsheed Hafiz, learned counsel appearing for

the petitioners in these cases and Sri. Saigi Jacob Palatty, learned Senior Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

Based on the request from this Court, the learned Senior Government Pleader has now secured instructions from the official respondents that the Land Tribunal, Tirur will take all reasonable measures to ensure early final disposal of S.M. proceedings Nos.496/2018, 813/2017 & 2060/2017 within a period of one year from the date of completion of service of notice on all the affected parties concerned in that proceedings. The said submission on behalf of the official respondents is recorded.

Accordingly, it is ordered that the Land Tribunal, Tirur will take all reasonable measures possible under the circumstances to ensure early final disposal of S.M. proceedings Nos.496/2018, 813/2017 & 2060/2017 respectively, without much delay, preferably within a period of one year from the date of completion of service of notice on all the affected parties concerned. The petitioner will produce a certified copy of this judgment before the Land Tribunal, Tirur for necessary information.
