JUDGMENT
This contempt of court case is filed by the petitioner complaining that the direction contained in the judgment in W.P.(C). No. 35324/2017, dated 08.11.2017 is not complied with by the respondent. Today when the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader has produced an order dated 31.05.2018 whereby I am satisfied that orders are already passed, however, adverse to the petitioner. Therefore, I do not find any reason to pursue the contempt of court proceedings any further. Learned Government Pleader shall hand over a copy of the said order to learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
Leaving open the liberty of the petitioner to pursue further action, the contempt of court case is closed.
