JUDGMENT
Today when this matter was taken up, the learned Assistant Solicitor General of India has filed a statement placing on record Annexures R1(a) and R1(b) documents showing that the directions in the judgment dated 17.01.2017 in W.P.(C) No.24303 of 2010 have been complied with in full and that the petitioner has been granted invalid pension in terms of the directions contained in the judgment. The learned counsel for the petitioner does not oppose this and in such circumstance, I do not deem it necessary to continue further prosecution in this contempt of court case.
This case is thus closed recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Solicitor General as above.
