The petitioner herein is the second accused in Crime No.483/2018 of Kodungallur Police Station for offences punishable under sections 341, 324 and 307 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

the hospital at that time attending the injured in Annexure-A2 crime and the present incident happened fifteen minutes thereafter. There was no chance of the petitioner being present at the station, it was contended.
(i) Petitioner shall appear before the investigation officer within ten days from today and shall undergo interrogation. Thereafter, if he is

proposed to be arrested, he shall be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum each.
(ii) He shall appear before the investigating officer on all Mondays and Thursdays between 9 am and 10 am for a period of two months from the date of execution of the bond.
(iii) He shall not threaten, coerce or intimidate the defacto complainant or the witnesses.
(iv) He shall not get involved in any other crime.
Anticipatory bail application is allowed as above.
