The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of Ext.P1 representation pending with the 2nd respondent. Without expressing anything on merit, we direct the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P1 representation. The same shall be done with notice to the petitioner as well as the respondents 3 to 5. Every endeavor shall be made to pass orders on Ext.P1 representation within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
