J U D G M E N T
The petitioner claims that he has executed certain works for the Kerala State Electricity Board. According to him, though the works have been executed, the amounts due in respect of the same have not been disbursed.
In the light of the stand taken by the Board, the petitioner has to work out his remedies before the competent civil court. In the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to approach the competent civil court for redressal of his grievances.
