Heard the petitioner appeared in person and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Kerala Water Authority.
Today when the matter is taken up, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the water authority is charging the water charges only in accordance with the old rate and therefore, the petitioner is not intending to press the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
