The petitioners were aggrieved by the refusal

to accept land tax and to complete the resurvey proceedings. There was an interim order directing acceptance of land tax subject to the outcome of the writ petition. The petitioners have paid the land tax as directed herein.

The learned Special Government Pleader

appearing for the State submits that the proceedings are being continued and the same would be finalised within three months.

Recording the said undertaking, the writ petition is disposed of.
