J U D G M E N T
Ext.P1 is an application preferred by the petitioner for effecting mutation under the Transfer of Registry Rules in respect of the property referred to in the writ petition. The limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, when this matter was taken up for admission, is for a direction to the third respondent to take a decision on Ext.P1 application.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition, directing the third respondent to take a decision on Ext.P1 application preferred by the petitioner, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Ordered accordingly.
