The grievance of the petitioners in the writ petition concerns the inaction on the part of the third respondent in considering Ext.P4 representation. Ext.P4 pertains to the activities of the first respondent in the neighbourhood of the residences of the petitioners.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned counsel for the second respondent Panchayat as also the learned Government Pleader.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider Ext.P4 representation, with notice to the petitioners, the first respondent as also the second respondent Panchayath, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
