JUDGMENT
Taking note of the submission of counsel for the respondent that Ext.P6 application has already been considered by the respondent, and an order dated 02.06.2017 has been passed, I dismiss the writ petition as infructuous, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to impugn the aforementioned order in appropriate proceedings, if so advised. The respondent Panchayat shall serve a copy of the order dated 02.06.2017, on the petitioner. To enable the petitioner to pursue further remedies against the order dated 02.06.2017, the interim order granted by this Court, shall continue to operate for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
