JUDGMENT
The petitioner has executed a work for the Kerala Water Authority. The grievance of the petitioner concerns the delay in the disbursement of the proceeds of the last running bill and the final bill raised in respect of the said work.
In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Kerala Water Authority to disburse the amounts due to the petitioner, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
