Petitioners are members of the third respondent-Society. As per Ext.P5, petitioners and others were removed from the membership. challenging the said action, this writ petition is filed.

During the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has submitted Ext.P7 representation before the additional fifth respondent, who is suo motu impleaded to the writ petition today. Since the subject matter is pending before the additional fifth respondent, I think it is only appropriate that a direction is issued to attain finality to the same within a time frame. Accordingly, the additional fifth respondent is directed to finalise the proceedings pertaining to Ext.P7 within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after providing an
