This contempt case is filed by the petitioner complaining that the directions contained in the judgment in W.P.(C). No. 29598/2015 dated 13.07.2016 are not complied with by the respondent. The respondent has filed an I.A. No. 481/2017 and has produced Annexure R1(a) and R1(b) from where, I am satisfied that the direction is complied with and an amount of Rs. 2,32,960/- is released to the petitioner. However, learned counsel for the petitioner has a case that the entire amount is not released. A calculation is made on account of the directions issued by this Court and a cheque is issued, which thus means if the petitioner has any dispute with respect to the amount released by the respondent, she will have to pursue further remedies, in accordance with law.

I do not find any reason to pursue the contempt of court proceedings any further and therefore, leaving open the liberty of the petitioner to pursue the action against the orders passed by the respondent, the contempt of court case is closed.
