This appeal is directed against the judgment passed by the learned single Judge dated 25.7.2016 in W.P(C) No.21831 of 2016 whereby, the writ petition filed by the appellant was dismissed.

In the above view of the matter, we find no merit in this appeal. The appeal is accordingly, dismissed.
