Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the work of construction of the road is virtually complete. The private
respondent states that in fact it has been so completed.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, the purpose of the
writ petition having been served and after recording the aforesaid submissions, we dispose of this writ petition.
