JUDGMENT
It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader, on instructions, that orders have already been passed sanctioning the payment of salary and other allowances for the period from 01.06.2010 to 31.05.2011, and that, as regards the arrears of salary and other allowances for the subsequent period, the amounts have not been disbursed till now, solely because the Headmaster has not forwarded the bills to the Government. Taking note of the said submission, and finding that the directions in the judgment dated 30.06.2016 in W.P.(C).No.7737/2014 have been complied, and the balance outstanding to the petitioner has not been paid solely because of the inaction on the part of the Headmaster of the school, the Contempt of Court Case is closed, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to move an appropriate forum, in the event of non-receipt of the balance amounts.
